This is what works for me. I do not seem like a very stressed out individual but I feel tension in side of me. This leads to breakouts and just the feeling of anxiety. So here are three things that I do to help me cope with the stress. So here is 3 of my stress relieving exercises.
1. Juggling Balls - Keeps my mind focused on juggling and it fun to try to get a new record. Just doing this for 15 minutes really give me a stress relief that helps me go through the day.
2. Stretching like a star - Just lay on the ground and try to pull apart your body in all always possible. If feels good and relieves the tension.
3. Building Airplanes out of Balsa Wood - I am not good at it but i try my best and it helps with my stress.
What do you people do to relieve stress? Please give us all some ideas as we can all help each other.
